If you have registered and paid for the NSREC conference, but are unable to attend, you may request and be granted a full refund of the conference registration fee paid by contacting [email protected] on or before September 21, 2011. After September 21, 2011 no refunds will be given for cancellations. Any cancellations or refund requests regarding the hotel or other arrangements must be done directly with the booking agent, hotel property or other party. In the unlikely event of the cancellation of the conference, you shall be entitled to a full refund of the conference fee.
