If you have registered and paid for the NSREC conference, but are unable to attend, you may request and be granted a full refund of the conference registration fee paid by contacting [email protected] on or before September 25, 2015. After September 25, 2015 no refunds will be given for cancellations.  Any cancellations or refund requests regarding the hotel or other arrangements must be done directly with the booking agent, hotel property or other party.    

In the unlikely event of the cancellation of the conference, you shall be entitled to a full refund of the conference fee.

3. All reservations, either online or by phone call, will be automatically entered into SFI room block.
